You will provide one‐on‐one support to participants with complex needs, including neurodiversity, non‐verbal communication, and high-level daily living requirements.Participants may present with complex behaviours, require emotional regulation support, and need staff who can implement behaviour support strategies while maintaining a calm, consistent, and respectful environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide empathetic, respectful,



and consistent one‐on‐one support aligned with participant goalsSupport neurodiverse participants (ASD, ADHD, intellectual disability) using structured and person‐centred approachesUse Key Word Sign, visual supports, and other communication tools to engage non‐verbal participantsSupport daily routines including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasksAssist with community access and promote secure participation in daily activitiesSupport emotional regulation and maintain a safe, calm, and structured environmentFollow and implement Behaviour Support Plans, strategies, and restrictive practice safeguards as requiredMaintain clear and timely documentation and incident reporting in line with NDIS requirementsWork collaboratively with families, therapists, and the broader support teamPromote independence, dignity and choice at all timesAdhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesFoster a psychologically safe and culturally sensitive support environmentAbout YouYou are calm under pressure, patient and committed to supporting individuals with complex and neurodiverse needs.
