Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, and bank holidays.About the role:You'll support 8 incredible individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live happy, independent lives.
Whether it's heading to the cinema, enjoying a meal out, or dancing at a local disco – no two days are the same!
What you'll do:Personal care and daily living supportHelp with budgeting, appointments, cooking, and moreBuild strong, positive relationshipsSupport community activities and social inclusionShift patterns: Typically 7am–4pm or 4pm–10pm.Why Mencap?
