We're looking for confident communicators to join our sales & enrolments team at Alpha One Coaching College, Sydney's leading small-class tutoring centre.

Sales & Enrolment Representative
As a Sales & Enrolment Representative, you'll:
Call parents who've enquired about our tutoring programs
Book students into free trial classes
Follow up with leads and send confirmations
Support families with re-enrolment or retention calls
Maintain enrolment records in our internal system
Your work directly helps students get the exam preparation they need.
What You'll Get
$27/hr base rate (plus weekend loading rates if applicable), plus performance bonuses up to $200/day
2–3 weekday/weekend shifts (Mon–Fri, 9:30am–5:30pm/Sat-Sun, 11:30am-7:30pm)

About You
