The role requires a high level of attention to detail and adherence to procedures, as well as robust communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesFollow the related work instructions, to correctly pick, pack and place delivery orders in the safest and most efficient mannerLiaise with customer service regarding any incomplete or outstanding customer orders and delivery requirementsEnsure that finished goods are packaged to an acceptable standard, are within warehouse shelf-life limit, and are appropriately stacked within the finished goods area with correct labelsLoading and unloading of trucks including the ability to manage and monitor the flow of all materialsCompile all necessary documentation during the day in readiness for the following dayEnsure daily safety checks are completed on material handling equipmentMaintain a polite phone manner with customers/transport companies and internal/external stakeholdersDemonstrate patience, empathy,



and courtesy towards work colleagues and customersBe self-motivated with the ability to communicate effectively in a team environment as well as operate independently when requiredCorrectly complete administration tasks/duties within required timeframeWork collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operation of warehouse activities.About YouYou are a reliable and organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
