About the Role
MSS Security is seeking a Full-Time Security Officer to join our team at a secure site located in Myambat / Denman, NSW (Hunter Valley region).
This role operates on a 24/7 rotating roster , therefore full availability across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
The position offers $***** p/hr + superannuation + applicable shift loadings , with relocation incentives available for candidates moving to the area.
Due to the nature of the site, applicants must hold a current NV1 security clearance.
Successful candidates will receive paid ongoing training , including site-specific training as required.

Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Conducting foot and/or vehicle patrols of the siteMonitoring and responding to security and safety risksProviding a qualified security presenceIncident response and escalation as requiredMonitoring CCTV systems and alarmsCompleting accurate reports, logs, and recordsOnsite risk mitigation and compliance with procedures
Skills and Qualifications
Certificate II in Security OperationsValid NSW Security LicenceCurrent NV1 Security Clearance (Must Have)Current First Aid CertificateAbility to work under pressure and remain alertStrong conflict resolution and communication skillsFull availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
