and public holidays.Preferred Experience3-5 years' experience as a General Manager or similar senior hospitality leadership roleTrack record managing P&L;, labour, and stock controlCurrent RSA and Approved Manager Licence (or willing to obtain)Main ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the front of house team to deliver exceptional guest experiencesWork alongside the Kitchen Manager to achieve venue targetsOwn venue P&L;, including overall responsibility for labour targets across the teamOversee kitchen procedures to ensure food safety and operational standards are metRecruit, train, and mentor front of house team members and junior managersMaintain liquor licensing and WHS complianceManage stock, ordering, and rostering within budgetTrack performance metrics and implement strategies to hit targetsLead by example on the floor during busy serviceLocation: 283 Elizabeth Street, Brisbane CBD
