As a Home Services Officer, you will play a vital role in shaping each resident's daily experience of comfort, dignity and wellbeing.
You will be part of the onsite hospitality team delivering high-quality dining, cleaning and laundry services within a safe, welcoming and person-centred environment.
You will be organised, motivated and take pride in delivering excellent service, supporting residents with the following:Assist with meal preparation and service, ensuring meals are delivered safely and meet dietary requirementsSet up and maintain clean, welcoming dining areas and support residents during mealtimesPerform cleaning and laundry duties, including maintaining resident rooms and shared areas and caring for clothing and linenEngage with residents in a warm and respectful manner, creating a positive experienceDeliver a high standard of hygiene and safety across all tasksSupport the team with daily operations to ensure smooth service deliveryRole requirements:Prior experience in hospitality, cleaning, food services or similar environmentDemonstrated ability to provide person-centred customer service with warmth and respectStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a teamAbility to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standardsUnderstanding of or willingness to learn food safety,
