You may be responsible for blending, enrobing, flow wrapping and packing machine operations.Shift Hours:Night shift runs 10pm to 6am Monday to Friday.
Saturday overtime available from time to time.You will have 2-3 years working in machine operation in a bar line setting.Key Responsibilities:Operate production and packing machineryOperate multiple pieces of equipment, including mobile plant (if licensed)Support basic maintenance troubleshooting and maintenance handoversComplete CIP (Clean-in-Place) processesMaintain GMP, safety, and "clean as you go" standardsContribute to a positive,



team-focused culture and continuous improvementSkills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will have:Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment (food preferred - bar line experience highly regarded)Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail - you must be able to comprehend and interpret measurements and instructions.Commitment to safety, quality, and teamworkAbility to follow procedures and adapt in a fast-paced environment - You are known for approaching your work carefully, paying attention to all details and being able to solve problems on the lines.Proactive mindset and willingness to learnA forklift licence would be a huge advantage.Must have full working rights in Australia (proof required)If you are a self starter, with high levels of initiative and can communicate clearly then we want to work with you to share in your knowledge and expertise and learn together.Attractive hourly rate, inclusive environment, food events and a new cutting edge production environment in Rowville are being offered for suitable candidates.
