Partnering with senior leaders, initiative owners, and the enterprise PMO, you will drive alignment, strengthen governance, and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes.Operating across strategy and execution, you'll manage complex dependencies, accelerate delivery, and embed sustainable change across the organisation working closely with Nufarm's global leadership team to influence enterprise priorities and transformation outcomes.How You'll Help Us GrowLead the coordination and delivery of transformation initiatives aligned to enterprise strategyDevelop and maintain an integrated transformation roadmap across business functionsFacilitate governance forums and provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders and executive stakeholdersIdentify, manage, and mitigate cross‐functional risks, dependencies,
