The Role
25 hours face to face on the floor with children in ratio
Lead and mentor a team
Ensure compliance and quality care
Build solid relationships with families and schools




Deliver Supervised, secure programs to school aged and Pre school aged children (from the schools on site Pre-school)

35 hrs/week + 2 hrs Educational Leader time
Split shifts (AM & PM) + weekly management meeting

Requirements
Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent) or working toward
2+ years OOSH/childcare experience
Leadership experience
WWCC, First Aid & relevant certifications
