Our vision is to be market leaders in the product segments and markets that we play in.PositionThe position is responsible to support the site Warehouse Supervisor to in the day-to-day management of the warehouse like material reception, put away, picking for production, finished goods dispatch etc.
The position involves driving the forklift to manage stock in the warehouse, truck loading / unloading, container loading as well as supporting in admin activities.
The is a casaul role to start with.Responsibilities & DutiesSupport management of warehouse inventory, ensure all raw materials/packaging materials are received (GRPO) properly and put away in appropriate racks as per segregation rules.
Ensure all incoming materials are checked and received correctly in accordance with the standard within the same day.Support staging of materials for production and ensure all incoming and outgoing documentation are checked and in proper order.Support dispatch activities including truck loading, container loading and outgoing documentation.Support cycle counts and regular stock take.
Report material and equipment damages.Support safety and racking inspections.
Report all safety incidents and hazards.




Escalate issues as required.Assist the with complaints to suppliers (NCR), capturing the issue/photos as stock is received.
Assist with warehouse RCAs.Knowledge to handle timing in busy work environmentFlexible with work start and end timing in busy work timesOther duties as instructed by the Warehouse SupervisorRequirementsGood written and verbal communication skillsHands-on approach with the ability to work unsupervised and also in a small team ability to combine warehousing and administration dutiesWork in an engaging and respectful manner with others to deliver team successExperience in Microsoft Excel and SAP is an advantageSupport a safety-first culture in the warehouse and always demonstrate a commitment to the safety of yourself and others.Maintain your understanding of, and always comply with, company policies, standards and procedures.Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum 2yrs' experience within a similar role.Experience in a warehouse within a manufacturing setting advantageous.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel at an intermediate level.WMS experience as well knowledge of SAP/ERP is an advantage.Experience or knowledge of a food handling facility and HACCP requirements advantageous.Minimum 2 years' experience in counterbalance and high reach operating
