We pride ourselves on professionalism, innovation and long-term client partnerships.Due to continued national growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our leadership team.About the RoleThis is not an entry-level sales role.We are looking for someone with an established network within the Australian security industry who can generate new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships and contribute to our continued expansion across multiple states.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure new security contracts across Australia.Develop relationships with corporate clients, facility managers, retailers and procurement teams.Prepare proposals,



tenders and presentations.Attend networking events and industry meetings.Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth client onboarding.Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for growth.Minimum 2 years' Business Development or Sales experience within the Australian security industry.Existing network of decision-makers and industry contacts.Demonstrated success in winning security contracts.Strong understanding of guarding, mobile patrols, concierge, retail loss prevention and corporate security services.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Current Australian Driver's Licence.Full Australian working rights.What We OfferSalary of $100,000–$108,000 plus Superannuation.Attractive performance bonus structure.Mobile phone and laptop.Chance to work with one of Australia's fastest-growing security companies.Career progression into senior leadership.Supportive management team with national growth opportunities.At Baaz Security, we believe our people drive our success.
