This is a hands on advisory role responsible for enterprise bargaining, award and legislative compliance, investigations and complex employee relations matters.
You will work closely with HR Business Partners, leaders and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal and state legislation, modern awards, enterprise agreements, and Fair Work Act obligations while supporting sustainable business outcomes.
The ER Manager will provide expert IR advice to senior leaders and the HRBP team.What You Will Enjoy DoingDevelop, implement and maintain a compliance audit framework covering federal and state legislation, enterprise agreements and modern awardsLead Linde ER / IR strategy across Australia providing expert guidance on people risk, industrial matters and organisational changeLead national enterprise agreement negotiations and provide coaching to HRBPs and line management for site-based enterprises agreementsProvide strategic IR advice to leaders and HR Business Partners for EAs, investigations and IR issuesBuild ER capability across the organisation, developing leaders and HRBPs through coaching, training and guidance on ER / IR fundamentals and workplace governanceMaintain compliant contract templates and provide contract adviceLead and/or oversee workplace investigations, including integrity mattersReview, develop and update policiesWhat Makes You GreatIR experience in a Manufacturing organisation blue collar workforceBachelor's qualification in IR, HR and employment lawSignificant knowledge of employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act, Up-to-date Awards and other State and Federal lawsPractical and hands on experience in EA negotiation and implementationChange leadership and transformation experience.
