You will be the advocate for the Lifestyle Services Framework, responsible for providing direct support to the Home's lifestyle services team, using a continuous improvement approach to ensure best practice in program delivery and ensuring quality customer experiences in a sustainable way.Responsibilities include:Driving the Lifestyle Framework, ensuring to continually maintaining up to date industry knowledge to inform currency and relevancy of the programSupporting the development of creative and innovative programming approaches to ensure residents are offered quality,
