You will supervise and motivate a team of laundry staff, oversee daily laundry operations, and ensure all laundry processes meet the hotel's high standards of cleanliness.
As aLaundry Supervisor, you're not just supervising daily laundry and/or uniform operations, you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.Here's what you'll do during a typical day:Supervise day-to-day laundry team operations: Lead, train, and oversee Laundry and Uniform team members to maintain a consistent supply of clean linens and uniformsManage uniform distribution: Oversee ordering, distribution, and inventory of team member uniformsOversee linen processing: Assign, supervise, and assist with tasks such as collecting, sorting, weighing, loading, unloading, ironing, folding, and storing linens while ensuring proper equipment maintenanceMonitor quality and efficiency: Track linen quality, inventory levels, stain and damage rates, and production reports, ensuring timely rewashing, repairs,
