Scientific Drilling International – Sale VICScientific Drilling International is seeking a Cased Hole Field Engineer to join our team in Sale, Victoria.
This is a full-time position that will involve providing on-site technical support and expertise for our clients across various field operations.Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application.What you'll be doingPerform technical field services for cased hole applications, including perforating, cased hole logging, and other associated servicesProvide in office operational support and troubleshooting to ensure the successful execution of field operationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute field campaignsCollect and analyse field data, generate reports, and provide recommendations to clientsEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety,



and environmental regulationsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance field processes and proceduresWhat we're looking forMinimum 3 years of experience as a Cased Hole Field Engineer or in a similar role within the oil and gas industryStrong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with cased hole operations, logging, and other related servicesExperience with both wireline and memory logging tools is required for cased hole operations is preferred, but not essentialAbility to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situationsValid driver's licence and the willingness to work on-site at client locations as requiredTertiary qualification in Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferredMust be local to Sale, Victoria or surrounding districtsWhat we offerAt Scientific Drilling International, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that enables our employees to thrive.
