Aspect Personnel are currently working with a regional council to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their Capital Works Team.
The role will be an initial 3 month contract.You will have the chance to lead the design & delivery of community building, open space and civil infrastructure projects.
The council offers an hybrid working model.You will be responsible for:End to End Project ManagementManagement of contractorsLiaison with internal and external stakeholdersDeliver projects from pre-construction through to hand overIdentify, review and manage risks for the projectsDeliver projects to council standardsPreparing detailed reportsAs the ideal candidate you will have:A tertiary qualification in Building Construction, Architecture, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline with relevant experienceExperience in project and/ or construction managementPrevious experience successfully delivering Capital Works Projects to time, quality and budget constraintsGreat stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalLocal Government experienceA current driver's license
