This is not a people management position, it's an opportunity for a commercially minded mechanical professional to do genuinely interesting work, alongside some of the most experienced practitioners in the field.The roleYou will be responsible for cost planning across the full spectrum of building engineering services, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, hydraulics, and vertical transportation.
Day to day, that means feasibility studies, value engineering, benchmarking, assessment of variations, and direct client advisory.
You will also contribute to the development of junior staff through internal training and knowledge sharing.No two days look the same here.
You will frequently be asked to work from limited information,



form educated assumptions, and back them confidently to clients.
