Key Responsibilities

Accurately process and manage customer orders.
Proactively manage back orders and delivery requirements.
Liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
Respond to customer enquiries and provide product recommendations or solutions.
Manage order confirmations and keep customers updated throughout the process.
Assist with account queries and credit requests.
Build solid relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

About You
Previous Customer Service, Customer Support or Sales Support experience.
Experience within the building, construction or manufacturing industry highly desirable.
Solid order processing and customer service skills.
SAP or ERP experience essential.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine passion for customer service.
