This includes oversight of outsourced administrators, financial reporting, compliance, and driving improvements in systems and processes.
The role also involves working closely with internal stakeholders across operations, legal,



and investor relations to support the effective management of the firm's financial affairs.Key Responsibilities:Lead preparation of financial statements and audit processesSupport the preparation of internal and investor reportsEnsure compliance with financial controls, tax obligations, and licensing requirementsOversee corporate accounting functions including monthly close and payrollManage fund accounting and coordinate with external administratorsDrive process improvements and system enhancements across financeCollaborate with internal teams across operations and investor servicesAbout You:CA/CPA qualified with 6+ years of experienceAdvanced Excel skills; familiarity with Xero advantageousStrong communicator with excellent attention to detailA proactive team player based in MelbourneThis is a full-time, office-based position working five days per week from the office
