Visy Logistics, based in Laverton North, is seeking an experiencedTransport Managerto lead our fleet operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee support staff, drivers, fleet, and equipment.
You'll bring a sharp operational mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.You'll be responsible for maintaining high customer service standards, meeting budget targets, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance across all areas.
A strong financial acumen is essential, as you'll be expected to manage budgets, analyse cost drivers, and contribute to strategic financial decisions that impact operational performance.Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Lead and manage daily operations across fleet and logistics teamsEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standardsDrive productivity and profitability through innovative solutionsMaintain high service levels and customer satisfactionManage budgets, forecasts, and P&L; performanceDevelop and mentor team members,
