For an Automotive Parts Manager, Parts Sales Manager, Parts and Accessories Manager, Aftermarket Sales Manager, or Parts Inventory Manager interested in managing the automotive parts department and ensuring the department's operations run smoothly.Requires Parts Manager ExperienceSouth-Eastern suburbs of MelbourneA normal day will have you:Manage the inventory of automotive parts and accessoriesDevelop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitabilityTrain and manage the parts department staffBuild and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendorsMaintain accurate records of parts and accessories inventoryEnsure parts orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely mannerProvide excellent customer service to both internal and external customersEnsure compliance with all safety and security regulationsMonitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parts departmentParticipate in departmental and dealership meetingsYour next employer has been in operations for over 20 years and has a close-knit, long-standing and a family like team dedicated to support you.
