Bayside Medical Suites are seeking experienced Medical Receptionists to join our Hampton-based practice.
Monday to Friday.In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-line customer service and administrative support to our patients and healthcare team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment and contribute to the smooth running of our medical practice.What you'll be doingGreeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional mannerScheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling telephone inquiriesAssisting with the coordination of patient referrals and follow-up appointmentsProviding general administrative support, such as photocopying, filing, and data entryMaintaining a clean and organized reception areaEnsuring compliance with practice policies and proceduresCollaborating with the medical team to provide the best possible patient experienceWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar customer service role within a healthcare settingMinimum of 1-2 years of medical receptionist experience is requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, healthcare professionals,



and colleagues in a warm and empathetic mannerStrong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyProficiency in using medical practice management software and other standard office softwareExperience with Best Practice medical practice management software and HOT DOC is requiredA adaptable and adaptable approach, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a teamA commitment to providing high-quality patient care and upholding the values of the practicePart-time positions require a minimum of ***** hours per week.Australian work rights are required for this positionWhat we offerAt Bayside Medical Suites, we are committed to supporting the professional and personal growth of our employees.
