You will support a range of clinical and preventative health services, contributing to improved patient outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.GP experience is essential for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide safe, high-quality nursing care in a general practice settingAssist with clinical procedures, treatments and patient careSupport chronic disease management,
