Cenversa is a leading distributor of animal healthcare products to the veterinary and pet industries.
We are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Huntingwood, NSW distribution centre.
This role is available Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 12:00pm.
For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to transition into a full-time position, combining the warehouse supervisory role with additional afternoon duties at our Head Office in Kings Park, NSW, from 1:00pm to 3:30pm each day.
This hands‐on Warehouse Supervisor role is ideal for a motivated leader who enjoys working as part of a team while ensuring warehouse operations run efficiently and safely.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to lead by example in a fast‐paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day‐to‐day warehouse operations, ensuring safe, productive, and productive workflows.Supervise daily inbound and outbound activities to ensure service level requirements are achieved.Ensure all warehouse activities comply with WHS policies, procedures, and safe work practices.Maintain high housekeeping standards across all warehouse areas.Monitor inventory accuracy through correct stock handling and process compliance.Investigate stock discrepancies and investigate unresolved variances to the Warehouse Manager.Coordinate and participate in cycle counts and stock integrity activities.Monitor daily team KPIs and provide coaching to improve individual and team performance.Liaise with Purchasing,



Customer Service, Sales, and Transport to ensure smooth operational flow.Monitor attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies, escalating performance concerns where required.Approving freight/warehouse‐related invoices.Approving staff leave.Managing building‐related issues and coordinating repairs as required.Organising forklift servicing repairs and maintenance.Processing and resolving error forms.Monitoring the delivery calendar.CenX orders delivered to King Park.Cenquip orders processing and delivery arranged.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
Forklift license essential,with high reach experience is preferredRF scanner experience (preferable but not essential)Strong literacy and numeracy skills required for manual picking and checking processesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsPhysically fit and active; the position involves repetitive heavy lifting, building and wrapping pallets, etc.Apolice clearanceor the ability to obtain one, and the ability to pass a drug testPunctual, reliable, and flexible with a "can-do" attitudeDriver's licenseand own transportA fast learner who values safety for themselves and their teamThe ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment, building effective working relationshipsPrevious experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or similar role (highly regarded)Great attention to detail
