Leveraging advanced technologies - including virtual reality simulations and e-learning platforms - IHM is committed to delivering high-quality, transformative education that prepares the next generation of social work and healthcare professionals.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesProvide academic leadership and strategic oversight of the Bachelor of Social Work programCoordinate and manage course delivery, timetabling, and lecturer allocation across the programLead curriculum development, review, and continuous improvement in line with AASW standards and TEQSA requirementsDevelop and maintain high-quality teaching and learning materials for on-campus and online environmentsMonitor and support student academic progress, retention, and engagement across the programSupervise, mentor, and support academic staff within the School of Social WorkLiaise with industry, placement partners, and professional bodies to ensure practice-based learning outcomesContribute to scholarly activities, research, and ongoing professional developmentRepresent the School in relevant committees, accreditation processes,
