Accounts Receivable, Payable & Reception OfficerWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & Reception Officer to join our team at Big Wet in Doveton, VIC.
This full-time role is responsible for managing customer invoicing, supplier accounts, and reception duties while providing outstanding customer service.
Supporting a business with over 6,000 customers, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring healthy cash flow, and being the welcoming first point of contact for visitors and phone enquiries.

and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Key DutiesCustomer invoicing and payment allocationFollowing up overdue accountsProcessing supplier invoices and paymentsReconciling customer and supplier accountsPreparing statements and account reportsResponding to customer and supplier enquiriesAnswering incoming calls and assisting with receptionMaintaining accurate financial and customer recordsYou will have previous accounts receivable, accounts payable or finance administration experience, solid attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
