document and report signs and symptomsMedication administrationContribute to the formulation and implementation of care plans.Assistin the orientation ofnew staffSupport guestswith all aspects of daily living, including but not restricted to, personal care, associated light domestic duties and social/community participationProvide guests with a physically and emotionally secure environment and promote their physical, intellectual, emotional, social,culturaland spiritual well-beingWhatWe'reLooking ForAHPRA RegistrationAbility to provide high level nursing care within the Enrolled Nurse Scope of PracticeDemonstrated passion and commitment to connecting the community to the mission and vision of Hopewell HospiceThe ability tomaintainconfidentiality, discretion and professionalism ensuring that the dignity and rights of guests and families arerespected at all timesProven high level teamwork and collaboration skills to achieveobjectivesand promote positive working relationshipsEnthusiasm and highly effective interpersonal,writtenand oral communication skills.Experience in supporting people with illness and complex and chronic care needsProof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel for workBe part of something meaningful.
