About the OpportunityWe are seeking anInternational Trade and Project Officerto support ourInternational Competitivenessteam.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative assistance to support our international trade services, compliance outcomes, and member‐client support.
This role assists in preparation of export documentation, trade advisory services, reporting, and the delivery of projects that strengthen international competitiveness and business growth.The International Trade and Project Officer is part of a small national team of 4.
The role reports to our General Manager, International Competitiveness located in Sydney.
You will be located in ourMelbourneoffice.This role is suitable for a strong administrator with 1-2 years experience with an interest in International Trade.Whilst the reality of each day will be different, you can expect to be accountable for:Providing administrative support by preparing and processing Certificates of Origin and exporter registrations, ensuring documents are complete and meet required guidelines.Responding to member and client enquiries in a timely manner (you will be trained on all the information you require to address these enquiries)Handling routine invoicing, data entry and assisting with the preparation of regular reportsProvide administrative and operational support for projects, training programs, events, and seminars, working closely with internal teams.Ensuring your work is completed inline with full compliance with governance, quality, and accreditation requirements,
