They are embarking on a strategic enterprise-wide digital transformation program to modernize their core insurance technology landscape.About the roleThe Training Lead has a key role to play in the insurance transformation program delivery by operationalising the Guidewire strategy through translating curriculum into high quality learning experiences, embedding real delivery patterns, standards, and platform learnings into training.
This role will directly contribute to reducing dependency on external suppliers by accelerating internal capability depth at scale.What's RequiredThe Training Lead needs to be solutions focused, hands on and happy to get involved to meet our tight deadlines and support people to upskill and feel confident in using Guidewire.More specifically they will have the following skills and experience:Essential:3+ years of experience in Guidewire (or Duck Creek) training deliveryA genuine passion to deliver high quality and engaging training contentAgile,
