Job Description Territory Sales Manager - Companion Animal (Brisbane)Permanent full-time role with competitive renumeration, benefits and tools of trade provided e.g. Car, Laptop, ipad etc.
Full training provided: TSM role would suit a passionate, motivated sales orientated individual with an interest in Companion Animal Health Be part of a trusted global leader in Animal Health with market leading products Work with a high performing, agile and passionate sales team Location: Brisbane, QLD and surrounding areas Territories Covered: Opportunity 1: Brisbane South including west to Toowoomba and surrounds (this will incl. A Few nights overnight stay per quarter) Opportunity 2: Brisbane CBD to bayside and north Brisbane The primary responsibility of the Field Sales Territory Manager is to maximise sales across the company's product range within a designated territory.
The Territory Manager is based in field within their defined territory and reports to the Regional Sales Manager/Sales Lead.What You Will DoMeet sales and activity targets for your territory and productsCreate and adjust territory plans to hit targetsBuild solid relationships with veterinarians, vet nurses, store managers, field reps, vet technicians and business managersUse the technical services team to influence customers and support technical messaging that drives salesLeverage business relationships to deliver resultsIdentify customer needs and show how our Animal Health products and services solve themExecute defined promotional tactics to maximise salesProvide technical and sales training to wholesalers and customers to ensure accurate end user messagingManage product complaints, pricing queries, compliance issues and follow ups within required timelinesDeliver corporate sales presentations to consumer groups, customers and wholesalers as neededAnalyse customer data in MAXX (Salesforce) and other sources to guide territory, customer and call planning and target high value customersRecord customer interactions in CRM systems such as MAXX (Salesforce)
