This is a casual position based in Rosanna, VIC **** in our ladieswear boutique.
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service in our fashion store, dealing with customers of all ages, shapes and sizes!
This position is fundamental to creating a welcoming shopping experience and ensuring customer satisfaction, whilst supporting our store's commercial objectives.What you'll be doingGreeting customers warmly and assisting them with product enquiries and recommendationsProcessing sales transactions accurately using the till system and payment methodsMaintaining product displays and ensuring the store is clean, organised and visually appealingAssisting customers at the fitting rooms and giving styling adviceHandling customer queries professionally and courteouslyUnpacking new stock, steaming clothing, and merchandising new arrivalsSupporting promotional activities and communicating special offers to customersCollaborating with team members to achieve sales targetsAdhering to company policies, procedures and health and safety standardsWhat we're looking forExcellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to help customersStrong communication abilities and a friendly and professional mannerReliability and punctuality,
