You'll oversee our two Supervisors, in-house Team Leaders, our bookkeeper, and our intake/compliance officer, bringing structure, accountability, and momentum to a growing organisation.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on turning a busy, high-growth small business into a well-run, scalable operation.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations across our Victoria and Queensland services, ensuring consistent, high-quality service deliveryLead, support and develop the Supervisors and Team Leaders, building a strong performance and accountability culturePartner with our intake/compliance officer to ensure NDIS Practice Standards, quality and safeguarding obligations are consistently metWork closely with our bookkeeper on rostering efficiency, budgets, and operational cost controlDesign and embed scalable systems,
