We're looking for an experienced IT Systems & Network Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, cybersecurity controls, and end-user computing environments across multiple sites.
Based on the Gold Coast, this role offers the opportunity to work across both strategic projects and hands-on technical support, partnering with local teams, global IT teams, and external vendors.About the RoleReporting to the Director of IT, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, securing, and continuously improving our infrastructure and network environment across APAC.
You will act as a technical escalation point while helping deliver infrastructure modernisation, cybersecurity initiatives, cloud services, and manufacturing technology projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, manage and support enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environmentsManage servers, storage, backups and disaster recovery solutionsMonitor infrastructure performance, availability and capacitySupport and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity across multiple sitesManage networking equipment including routers, switches, firewalls and wireless infrastructureSupport Microsoft 365 environments and Azure cloud technologiesPartner with operational technology (OT) teams to support manufacturing site infrastructureLead and participate in infrastructure, network and technology projectsIdentify infrastructure and cybersecurity risks and implement mitigation strategiesSupport incident response,
