Project Manager – Civil ConstructionAbout Civil TechCivil Tech Pty Ltd is a well-established South Australian civil construction company delivering infrastructure projects including bridges, marine works, roads, drainage, streetscapes and public infrastructure for government and local authority clients across South Australia.As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our management team and play a key role in the successful delivery of our projects and the ongoing development of the business.About the RoleThis role is suited to an experienced Project Manager who enjoys leading civil construction projects from commencement through to completion.You will be responsible for managing project delivery, leading site teams, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.Working closely with the management team, you will also contribute to project planning, tender reviews and continuous business improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage civil construction projects from commencement through to completionLead Site Supervisors and project teamsMonitor project budgets, programmes and contractual performanceManage subcontractors, suppliers and procurementBuild and maintain solid client and stakeholder relationshipsPrepare progress claims, variations and project reportingAssist with tender submissions, reviews and project planningIdentify opportunities to improve project performance and profitabilityEnsure compliance with Civil Tech's Quality,



Safety and Environmental Management SystemsAbout YouYou are a practical and proactive Project Manager who enjoys being involved in all aspects of project delivery.You are comfortable making decisions, leading teams and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
