Perth Plate & Reo is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Driver / Yard Hand to assist our team on a temporary assignment based in Sawyers Valley.
This role is expected to run for approximately 3–4 weeks and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a busy industrial setting.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate a forklift safely and efficiently.Load and unload trucks and deliveries.Unload Containers 40 & 20GP.Move steel materials around the yard.Assist with receiving and dispatching goods.Stack and organize materials safely.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.Assist with general yard duties as required.Skills & ExperienceCurrent High Risk Forklift License (LF) – essential.Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse or yard environment.Experience loading and unloading trucks.Ability to work safely and efficiently.Physically fit and capable of manual handling.Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.Strong commitment to workplace safety.What We OfferImmediate start.Competitive hourly rate.Friendly and supportive team.Monday to Friday work.Approximately 3–4 weeks of employment, with the possibility of additional work if required.
