This is a large team of approx.
50 staff in this busy kitchen.




You will be directly managed by the kitchen supervisor, them reporting to the Executive chef.About the roleCleaning and Washing up responsibilitiesUtilisation of 2 large commercial dishwashersCorrect application of chemicals for cleaning purposesFollowing processes for stock and equipmentAdhering to a daily time schedule.This role will becasualwith a rotational roster with 7 days a week.
