We are seeking a motivated Medical Receptionist to become an integral part of our close-knit team.About the RoleThis is a permanent part-time position, working 3-5 days per week, with flexibility to suit the successful applicant.
Some remote work from home may also be available following training and induction.As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive patient experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy specialist practice.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcoming patients and providing exceptional customer serviceManaging appointments and specialist clinic schedulesAnswering telephone and email enquiriesProcessing Medicare and private health fund claimsManaging patient records and correspondenceLiaising with GPs,
