The pools are Sydney's most popular summer destination – which see approximately 600 visitors per day, using over 1,000 towels.
The Recreation Attendant ensures the smooth operations of the food & beverage service for our guests and residents - graciously hosting and offering them the ultimate pool-side experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesGreeting and welcoming guests to the Crown Sydney Pool area and cabanasSupporting with guest and resident experience across all recreation areasTaking guest orders and serving food and beverages across both upper and lower recreation areasOffering towels, sunscreen and other amenities to guests as requiredProviding information on the Crown Spa facilities, services and offerings across the propertyMaintaining a safe, clean and well-presented environment for guests and other team membersWhat we're looking for / ideal experiencePeople that are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service momentsExperience in a hosting or F&B; service related or guest-facing roleDemonstrated ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environmentA current RSA or ability to obtain one prior to commencementA level of comfort working in the sun and summer weather conditionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to multi-taskStrong attentiveness and ability to anticipate the needs and desires of our guestsAvailability & Working ConditionsCandidates must be available to work shifts between 7 am and 9 pm.
