This is a full‐time position, 12 month fixed term position working a rotating roster over 7 days, which include morning, afternoon and night shifts based at our Support Office located on St Kilda Rd.ResponsibilitiesReceiving and responding to IT queries including trouble shooting scanner,



POS system technical issuesand a multitude of Support OfficeinquiriesEnsure every phone query is dealt with professionally and accurately recorded in our systemEscalate issues (where cannot be immediately resolved) to the Service Desk Manager and/or other support teamsKeep customer across the status of issue and contribute to the education of business usersSkills & ExperienceAbility to work in a fast‐paced environment and manage high volume tasksStrong communication skills with the ability to establish relationships with stakeholders across all areas of the businessStrong sense of integrity to ensure the information we provide is timely and accuratePassion for IT coupled with an appetite to learn and growTertiary studies in IT is advantageous but not essentialGenerous staff discount and access to our sample salesCentral office location based on St Kilda Rd, with direct access to the picturesque Fawkner ParkWork closely within a high performing, supportive and collaborative environmentEngage in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and foster personal and professional growthCoffee lover?
