take ownership of your development and contribute positively to the team.What You Will Be DoingDepending on your year level and experience, you will be involved in:Assisting with commercial electrical installationsReading and interpreting plans and project requirementsRunning cable, fitting off and completing installation workSupporting testing, commissioning and fault findingLearning how to complete work safely, efficiently and professionallyMaintaining tools, equipment and work areasCompleting required paperwork and job documentationWorking closely with A-Grade Electricians and Project LeadsAsking questions and applying feedbackIdentifying issues early and raising them with the teamSupporting the delivery of projects on time and to a high standardBuilding your understanding of quality, safety and commercial project deliveryAs you progress through your apprenticeship, you will be expected to take on more responsibility and work with greater independence.You Will Fit In Here If...You turn up ready to work.You listen and learn.You ask questions when you are unsure.You take feedback without making excuses.You care about the quality of your work.You look after your tools, the site and the people around you.You communicate early when something is not right.You understand that becoming a great electrician takes effort,
