You'll be the operational anchor supporting our doctor-led telehealth dispensary, ensuring every patient enquiry is attended to, every clinical communication is actioned, and nothing falls through the cracks.Alongside hands-on dispensing, you will manage the flow of patient enquiries, clinical follow-ups, and dispensary administration,



helping ensure a seamless experience for both patients and healthcare providers.If you take pride in delivering exceptional service, maintaining high standards, and staying on top of the details, this role is for you.What You'll Be DoingAssisting pharmacists with dispensing telehealth prescriptions and ordersBe the first point of contact for patient enquiries, triaging, coordinating, and tracking matters through to resolutionLiaising with prescribing doctors and clinical teams to progress prescriptions, approvals, and follow-ups where requiredProactively following up outstanding prescriptions, deliveries, and refillsManaging patient enquiry queues and day-to-day dispensary administrationOrdering and managing dispensary consumables and suppliesWhat We're Looking ForCertificate IV in Dispensing (Pharmacy) or strong dispensary experienceA customer-first mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organisational skills and follow-throughConfidence communicating with patients, doctors, and clinical teamsProficiency with pharmacy dispensing softwareWhat's on OfferVaried hybrid role combining dispensing, patient support, and coordinationStable, full-time position (Monday to Friday) paying up to $***** per hourOpportunity to play a key role in a growing telehealth dispensarySupportive team environment within a busy and well-established pharmacy
