Trojan Recruitment Group is currently seeking an experienced and motivated
Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator
to join a leading manufacturing business. This is a casual
temp-to-permanent prospect
for the right candidate, offering career development within a supportive team environment.
The role is initially based in
Minto
and will relocate to
Moorebank
in the near future, so candidates must be willing to work to relocate.
Shift Times
Monday to Friday
8:00am - 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination
Site is in Minto - please be prepared
Coordinate stock transfers, shipments, and interstate deliveries
Manage transport bookings and shipping schedules
Liaise with production, warehouse, and sales teams regarding stock availability
Monitor DIFOT performance and maintain shipment registers
Coordinate export shipments and freight forwarders
Process credits, RMAs, and stock requirements
Support logistics projects and operational improvements
Maintain accurate reporting through ERP systems and Excel
Skills & Experience
Previous experience within logistics, transport, supply chain, or allocation roles
ERP/SAP system experience highly regarded




Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask within a rapid-paced environment
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience advantageous
Intermediate Excel skills preferred
