We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join the Nepean Adolescent Mental Health Unit (NAMHU), where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, recovery-focused care across a range of healthcare settings.
In this position, you will contribute to positive patient outcomes by providing comprehensive mental health nursing care while supporting individuals on their recovery journey.As a Registered Nurse within NAMHU, you will take on a leadership role within the nursing team,



actively guiding and supporting Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing.
You will provide coaching and mentorship, fostering a collaborative and professional environment that promotes best practice and continuous improvement.
Your ability to lead by example will ensure protected, effective, and patient-centered care aligned with established models of practice.You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating specialised mental health nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team that includes medical staff, allied health professionals, peer workers, Aboriginal Health Workers, and Department of Education staff.
