About the Role
Manage a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use buildings

Utilise Property IQ effectively
Provide professional strata guidance across all areas of management
Prepare agendas, budgets,



minutes, and notices
Convene and conduct meetings confidently
Follow up and resolve enquiries promptly
Interpret financial statements and support committee decision-making
Maintain strong knowledge of strata legislation
Provide practical, solutions-focused outcomes
Earn approx. 40% Schedule B's | $220 + GST per hour

What You Bring
Previous Strata Management experience (essential)
Excellent communication and client service skills
Ethical, customer-first work practices
