The role will suit a person with experience in clinical quality and patient safety, with a passion to improve the health and wellbeing of rural people.We are seeking an experienced and motivated qualified to lead the development, implementation and evaluation of key programs within the Safety & Quality Education Program (S&QEP;), including the Clinical Excellence Commission's Applied Safety & Quality Program (AS&QP;).
This role is instrumental in ensuring high-quality, contemporary education that meets the needs of learners across Western NSW Local Health District and supports excellence in patient care.You will coordinate and promote the annual AS&QP; selection process across Western NSW LHD, Far West LHD and NSW Ambulance, driving strong engagement and targeted participation.
Working closely with subject matter experts and faculty, you will facilitate the delivery of dynamic, blended learning experiences through face-to-face, virtual and e-learning platforms,



ensuring effective program outcomes across multiple sites.This position plays a critical role in strengthening workforce capability in quality improvement and clinical safety.
