Our facility operates within controlled production environments under a certified HACCP Food Safety & Quality Management System.We have been manufacturing and supplying our products Australia wide for near 40 years.About the positionWe are seeking a reliable and hands‐on Machine Operator to join our Bag Converting Production team.You will be working in climate-controlled cleanroom.Manufacturing experience is highly regarded but not essential.Applicants must have correct approvals to work in Australia.What You'll Be DoingSet up and operate bag-making machineryGeneral production labour including packing and palletisingPerform manual handling of materials and componentsComplete basic machine cleaning and routine maintenanceAccurate record keeping for production and HACCPConduct quality checks and report issuesMaintain housekeeping standards in line with HACCP and OHS requirementsWhat We're Looking ForReliable and punctualPhysically capable of manual handling tasksAbility to perform medium lifting up to 20kg as required for manual handling tasksStrong attention to detailGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to follow procedures and production instructionsConscientious and positive attitude with solid work ethic including reliabilityExperience in manufacturing or production (preferred)Mechanical aptitude (advantageous)You must have full working rights in Australia
