This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a vital support function in a dynamic Defence environmentKey responsibilities include (but are not limited to)Safely drive Defence personnel to and from appointments locally and in MelbournePerform routine vehicle maintenance including cleaning, inspections, basic fault finding, minor repairs, and tyre/wheel changesConduct non-technical inspections on fleet vehicles to ensure operational readinessCarry out mail duties including sorting, distribution, and delivery between basesComplete basic paperwork and filing tasks related to transport operationsAbout you1+ years' experience in a similar roleA valid Australian driver's license is essentialExperience in operating a range of vehicles,



preferably in a similar environmentAbility to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on vehiclesSkilled in route planning and navigation, including the use of GPS and mapsYou take pride in delivering high-quality work safely and reliably.
