The RoleFuture Air Mobility Systems Program Office (FAMSPO) is seeking an APS 6 Integrated Logistics Support Manager – Acquisition to support the acquisition, introduction into service, and ongoing sustainment of complex and strategically significant projects that support emerging air mobility capabilities.
The APS 6 ILS Manager – Acquisition will lead a small, multidisciplinary team, providing critical logistics planning, management, governance and assurance for state-of-the-art ADF capability.
Working under broad direction, responsibilities may include:
Developing strategies and plans for logistics management, and implementing plans.
Developing and advising on policies, procedures and processes for logistics management.
Responding to stakeholder needs and expectations, and engaging with subject matter experts to resolve complex issues.
Partnering with contracted suppliers to manage priorities and provide comprehensive integrated logistics support to Defence capability.
Communicating materiel logistics objectives through high quality written documentation and presentations for consideration by delegates.
Building and sustaining effective relationships, actively participating in teamwork and supporting team development.
