We are seeking a motivated and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Bergmans Auto Group in Rockingham, Western Australia.
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in the delivery of our marketing strategy and initiatives to raise brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

You will work closely with dealership management, manufacturer partners, and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns that support business growth and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance Bergmans Auto Group's online presence across our websites, social media platforms, and other digital media channels.
Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles to ensure accurate and engaging business information, customer interactions, and online visibility.
Collaborate with third-party marketing agencies to improve reach, strengthen brand awareness, and optimise marketing performance.
Develop and complete quarterly marketing plans for each franchise brand, including all required OEM marketing submissions.
Provide strategic input into marketing initiatives across EDM, SEM, digital advertising, press, radio, sponsorships, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to support vehicle sales, aftersales, service, and parts departments.
Assist with community engagement activities, sponsorship opportunities, and local events that strengthen brand presence within the region.
Support new vehicle and product launches, dealership events, and product show participation.
Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations to improve future marketing outcomes.
Ensure all marketing activities align with manufacturer guidelines and brand standards.
Skills & Experience




Ability to think creatively while maintaining a strong focus on achieving marketing objectives and results.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.
Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Graphic design, photography, video content creation, or CRM marketing experience will be highly regarded.
A current Australian driver's licence is desirable.
What we're looking for
1-2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
Proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
